Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our coffee products, refunds are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered. However, refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:
- The product delivered is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
In such cases, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper details or photos of the product.
Replacement
If a product is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or suitable resolution after reviewing the request.
